1. Career Exploration & Coaching – Personalized guidance, skills assessments, goal setting, and Individual Employment Plans (IEPs).
2. Workforce Readiness & Skills Training – Training in communication, leadership, professionalism, resume building, and workplace confidence.
3. Occupational & Career Pathway Training – Access to approved training programs, credentials, and resources through partners.
4. Job Placement & Employer Engagement – Job search support, employer referrals, interview preparation, and workplace guidance.
5. Job Retention & Career Advancement – Post-employment coaching to navigate challenges, improve performance, and sustain employment.

This program is a two-way partnership:
