Welcome to AdisEdu.com (“AdisEdu,” “Adis Educational Center,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Adis Educational Center is the education and training division of Scientific Strategy Global Consulting (SSGC).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “learner”) and Adis Educational Center governing your access to and use of our website, platforms, courses, programs, tutoring, exam preparation services, certification support, digital tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are offered and delivered worldwide, subject to these Terms.

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Organizational Relationship

Adis Educational Center operates as the educational department of Scientific Strategy Global Consulting (SSGC).

All proprietary systems, methodologies, instructional materials, and intellectual property are owned by SSGC or its licensors, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Scope of Services

AdisEdu provides professional education and workforce development services globally, including but not limited to:

• Certification and skills-based training
• Exam preparation and tutoring
• Career and professional development education
• Online, in-person, and hybrid learning formats
• Digital platforms, AI-supported tools, and instructional resources

All Services are provided solely for educational and informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, immigration, or employment advice.

3. Worldwide Access and Local Compliance

The Services are available to users worldwide. By accessing the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for compliance with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your country or jurisdiction
• AdisEdu makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, accredited, or recognized in every jurisdiction
• Access may be restricted or modified in certain regions to comply with applicable laws

You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

4. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes

AdisEdu provides education and preparation services only and does not guarantee:

• Passing any exam or certification
• Earning credits, credentials, licenses, or designations
• Employment, promotion, compensation, or career outcomes
• Acceptance by employers, licensing boards, or certifying bodies

Results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, exam policies, and third-party decisions beyond our control.

You assume full responsibility for your outcomes.

6. User Accounts and Security

Certain Services require account registration.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You may not:

• Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense access
• Allow unauthorized users to access paid or restricted content

AdisEdu may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content
• Record, download, photograph, screenshot, or redistribute sessions without written consent
• Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, unethical, or competitive purposes

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum, content, videos, assessments, trademarks, logos, software, methodologies, and instructional materials are the exclusive intellectual property of SSGC, AdisEdu, or their licensors, protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Fees, Access, and Refunds

• Fees are disclosed before enrollment or purchase
• Access may be time-limited, cohort-based, or usage-restricted
• Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the refund policy presented at enrollment
• Failure to attend, complete, or pass does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated

Currency conversion fees, taxes, or international transaction charges are your responsibility.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Exams

AdisEdu may rely on third-party platforms, payment processors, learning systems, or testing vendors.

AdisEdu is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages, delays, errors, or policy changes
• Exam administration, scoring, certification decisions, or recognition
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

AdisEdu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness
• Non-infringement

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdisEdu, SSGC, and their officers, instructors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, business, or opportunities.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdisEdu, SSGC, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your failure to comply with local or international laws
• Your infringement of third-party rights

14. Termination

AdisEdu may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if your conduct:

• Violates these Terms
• Compromises system integrity
• Harms learners, instructors, or organizational interests

Termination does not waive AdisEdu’s legal rights.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration, or
• State or federal courts located in Virginia,

at AdisEdu’s sole discretion, regardless of your country of residence.

16. Modifications

AdisEdu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
